Another version of the milking stool, taller than the Tabouret Berger, it was created for a chalet in Méribel, France and inspired by local interior architecture. The legs are cut and geometric.
In the 1960's Perriand was involved in different architectural concepts of huge hotel resorts in the French Alps. The interior for these resorts, such as the "Tabouret Méribel" stools, was often built by local cabinetmakers.
