ABOUT US

Demosmobilia was born thanks to Demetrio Zanetti's great passion and love towards 20th century design. Demosmobilia takes up 1300 square meters of industrial spaces close to the Swiss/Italian border.
You will be able to visit some fascinating warehouses and a showroom where the best pieces from the past century are collected, and if necessery, restored. On the market for 20 years we can say that Demosmobilia is one of the largest and most complete collections of 20th century design.
In our spaces in Chiasso you can see and buy more than 3000 pieces. Furniture, chairs, tables, lamps, vases, ceramics and curiosity are at your disposal also for rental and our spaces can be used as a location or set for shooting and publicity. We'll organise two annual topic-based exhibitions about design and its heroes.
Demosmobilia is ready to join all kind of projects dealing with design and its applications. Demosmobilia is a showroom and 2 warehouses, located in an old 50s spirits factory. It has a total area of 1300 square metres. It is the perfect location to enhance the entire collection. Demosmobilia spaces are theideal set for a trip through XX century design.

WHERE WE ARE

Demosmobilia is located in Chiasso, Switzerland, right at the Swiss/Italian border, 30 minutes from Milan, 15 minutes from Lugano and 2 hours and 30 minutes from Zurich.

COMING FROM THE NORTH

Exit Chiasso centro, to the right direction Palapenz,
Roundabout direction Palapenz,
20 m to the right you'll find the parking.
Via Pestalozzi 11 is the first to the left.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH

Exit Chiasso, at the first roundabout to the left direction Chiasso,
At the second roundabout to the left direction Chiasso,
At the third straight on, after 500 m other two roundabouts take direction Palapenz,
On your right the parking, at your left demosmobilia.
